Being one of the founders of RunSystem Corporation and its CEO, Tau focuses primarily on working with clients,
managing and growing the company.
Tau has got his Master of Engineering degree in Information System from University of Electro and Communications, Tokyo, Japan .
Before founding RunSystem, Tau had several years of experience in Design & Development, Offshore Development, Project Management
in Japan.
Now, with excellent client engagement and leadership skills, Tau has
given direction to some key initiatives in business development, a function that he is additionally responsible for, at RunSystem.

NGUYEN TAN MINH
Vice President, Managing Director of Japan branch

Minh is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of RunSystem. He has done his Master of Computer Science
degree from Tokyo Institute Of Technology, Japan.
With high-level of technical skills, fluent Japanese, Minh is
presently responsible for IT consulting, managing offshore & onshore project teams, branding and client relationship management in Japan market.
Prior to RunSystem, Minh has worked as Web Developer with some IT venture companies in Japan.
He gained exellent experience in Programming, System Analysis, System Design, Database Design and Project Management after "dot.com" boom.

TRAN NGOC CUONG
VP, Managing Director - Operations

Cuong has over all more than 14 years of experience in IT development and training.
He holds Master of Computer Science from Hanoi University of Technology.
In his professional career, he has worked for National IT Research Institute, largest IT research center in Vietnam.
With rich experience in designing architecture, business analysis, Cuong has played an effective role in creating e-govement systems
and complex enterprise software systems, including inventory management system, ERP applications and medical applications
systems.

DOAN THI THANH TAM

Tam has more than 5 years or experience of developing and managing in the area of
software development and outsourcing, specializing in web-related activities and banking system development.
Prior to RunSystem, Tam has worked as senior manager for major Vietnam software company. She has managed various successful
offshore projects in the areas of EC and B2B.
Tam earned a BS of Business Administration from Vietnam National University, and also earned an Advanced Diploma of Internet
Programming from Tokyo Technical College.

DO TRUONG GIANG

Giang holds a BS of Computer Science from Bangalore University, India, capital of software outsourcing.
With deep technical roots in various programming language, object-oriented analysis and design, he has strong
expertise in creating new IT solutions. Giang is responsible for developing framework, delivering solutions to clients,
and managing technical team of RunSystem.
