Attending the ceremony on behalf of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, TENTEN brand representatives included Mr. Tran Duc Tam – Director of Internet Infrastructure Division, and Mr. Pham Minh Tuan – Marketing & Sales Manager. ITS International Information Technology Joint Stock Company was represented by Mr. Lai Quang Tung, Deputy General Director; Mr. Cao Ba Giang – Director of Business and Project Development; and Mr. Dao Thai Son – Head of the Technical and Human Resources Department.

Under the agreement, the TENTEN brand will explore and develop 05 products/solutions from ITS International IT Corporation including:

• Voice Brandname: A system for network operators to associate a company’s brand name with outgoing calls from the company’s switchboard.
• Callbot AI: An interactive voice assistant switchboard solution.
• Voice Biometrics AI: A voice verification solution.
• Voice Emotion AI (Emas): A solution for evaluating emotions and scoring calls using artificial intelligence technology.
• Sip Trunk Service: Switchboard Number for Businesses

The signing ceremony was lively and conducted in a spirit of goodwill and high cooperation from both sides. It is hoped that by adding new products to the business ecosystem, TENTEN will help customers accelerate, improve work efficiency, and achieve outstanding revenue growth.

International Information Technology Joint Stock Company (ITS) was established on October 7, 2015, by experienced engineers and experts who were professionally trained both domestically and internationally, with many years of working at leading technology and telecommunications corporations in Vietnam or teaching at universities such as Hanoi National University, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology or Military Technical Academy.

Currently, ITS owns over 30 copyright registrations for technology and telecommunications products, including some exclusive products in Vietnam. These products are highly applicable and most are being deployed in practice, bringing value to partners and customer experiences.
