Workshop on "Application of Information Technology in Managing Manufacturing Business Operations"

On the morning of October 18, 2024, the workshop “Application of Information Technology in Manufacturing Enterprise Management” officially took place at the National Exhibition Center for Architecture, Planning and Construction.

The workshop shared insights into IT applications.

With the theme “Application of Information Technology in Manufacturing Enterprise Management”, the event featured two main activities: a panel discussion on digital transformation project implementation from experts and manufacturing businesses, and interactive discussions with guest speakers. Notably, this event was joined by senior personnel from GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM: Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Giang – Director of ERP Business Solutions Division, Mr. Trần Đức Tâm – Director of AI & Blockchain R&D Center, and Mr. Lê Đức – Chief Financial Officer of Cuc Phuong Joint Stock Company.

During the event, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Giang – Director of Business Solutions Division at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, shared: “The continuous development of technology is transforming the way we operate and do business. Additionally, Mr. Trần Quốc Hùng – Head of Digital Transformation Consulting at GMO – gave a talk on enhancing customer experience using practical AI applications such as ChatBOT AI, AI-generated website content, and AI-powered business management. According to Mr. Hùng, applying AI in business operations helps companies reduce operating costs and optimize human resources.

The panel discussion was lively, featuring exchanges among guest speakers about current technology application trends.
