From December 7 to 11, 2017, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM held a periodical  general check – up for all employees at the head office of Hanoi, Da Nang branch and Ho Chi Minh City branch. This is one of the annual activities of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM show the interest of the Board of Directors to the life and health of the members, as well as a highlight in the construction of corporate culture of the Company.

“The most valuable asset of a human life is Health and Wisdom.” For each individual, health is better than wealth. With the business too, the health of the employees is an important factor in the company’s productivity and success.

During this examinations, the Runners were examined for: chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, thyroid ultrasound, osteoporosis, renal function, liver function, total blood and urine analysis,… to detect and intervene in time if there are germs. Experienced doctors have a thorough examination and health check for each GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM employee to accurately diagnose the health of each person and plan to care, protect and enhance health. Moreover, the medical examination, will reveal timely detection of potencial disease for every staff so they can plan early treatment.

Mr. Tran Tuan Dat (Training Center) was very excited with the medical examination: “The company’s medical examination for employees is a very necessary activity. In the context of increasingly polluted living environment, everyone is so busy with work and family that almost no one is willing to spend a whole day to get a general health examination at a reputable clinic. Thanks to the Human Resources Department and the Board of Management who understand this psychology and show concern for the health of employees.”

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc (SQA) was also very pleased with the medical examination, she said: “All employees were examined at least 4 parts in the most attention-worthy: screening, osteoporosis, ultra sound, X-ray. Someone on the careful side like me did a few extra tests for the peace of mind. After being consulted by doctors, I felt less anxious about my health and more aware of my own health care”

With busy job characteristics, many employees are reluctant to go to a certain place for a general examination, or only reach a hospital and get a health check when they feel some abnormal signs. The annual general check – up helps employees save the cost of periodical medical examination and save time to go to hospital for medical examination.
