With its rapid growth, Tam Son has always focused on investing in technology for business management. Early on, the company invested resources in building an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Among the important links in Tam Son’s operational chain, the warehouse and logistics department plays a key role. With its expertise in solving ERP challenges for businesses, GMO is honored to have been chosen by Tam Son as the developer of the WMS software. The software is built on the latest version of the Odoo platform. This solution will enable Tam Son to manage its inventory more efficiently.
Another challenge Tam Son posed to GMO was the development of software that integrates with Tam Son’s existing ERP system to ensure consistency in data management and to connect the existing information systems seamlessly. This task requires experience and presents a challenge for both parties during implementation. However, with a team of experienced personnel who have successfully delivered similar projects, along with a thorough business survey before project execution, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM and Tam Son are confident that they will complete the project successfully and on time.
With this project, Tam Son expects to address most of the daily operational tasks of the warehouse and logistics department, minimizing both operational time and costs. Additionally, the project paves the way for deeper collaboration between the two companies in building a more streamlined, efficient, and comprehensive information technology system for Tam Son in the future.
