Recently, Lam Thinh Joint Stock Company and GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM officially held the Kick-off Ceremony for the Internal Management System Project. The event marked the beginning of the two companies’ collaboration to build a centralized management system, with the aim of synchronizing data across departments and improving operational efficiency throughout the organization.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Huu Thao, Director of Lam Thinh Joint Stock Company, along with the company’s Deputy Directors, Chief Accountant, and representatives from relevant departments. Representing GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM were Mr. Tran Duc Tam, Director of the Internet Infrastructure Services Business Division, and the project implementation team.

As Lam Thinh continues to grow and expand its operations, one of the key challenges the company is addressing is its fragmented internal management system, with information and data across departments yet to be centralized on a unified platform.
When data is managed across multiple departments and different systems, consolidating, updating, and utilizing information can be time-consuming while also creating challenges in cross-departmental coordination. This is also a common challenge for businesses as their operations expand and the need for data-driven management becomes increasingly important. In response to this situation, the Lam Thinh Internal Management System Project has been launched with the aim of building a centralized management platform that enables data from different departments to be connected and synchronized within a single system.
At the Kick-off Ceremony, representatives from both sides discussed the project objectives, scope of work, implementation plan, and coordination approach throughout the project. Through this initiative, Lam Thinh aims to gradually standardize its data and management processes, strengthen information connectivity across departments, and support more effective monitoring and management of business operations. The two sides also agreed on a coordination mechanism between Lam Thinh’s business teams and GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM’s implementation team to ensure continuous communication of requirements, timely resolution of arising issues, and close alignment of the completed system with actual operational needs.
The Kick-off Ceremony marks the beginning of the collaboration between the two companies on the project and reflects Lam Thinh’s direction toward gradually leveraging technology to centralize data, standardize management activities, and build a more integrated operational platform.
Through this project, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM expects to work alongside Lam Thinh to develop a management system that meets the company’s practical needs, contributes to greater operational efficiency, and establishes a technology foundation to support its future development goals.
