On the afternoon of August 30, 2017, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, in collaboration with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), successfully organized a networking and exchange event between Vietnamese and Fukuoka enterprises in Hanoi. This was a valuable opportunity for Vietnamese companies to meet directly with Japanese businesses, exchange information, and seek potential partners in the fields of IT, restaurants, and food.
The program was held to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam–Japan diplomatic relations. The Japanese delegation, consisting of 12 enterprises operating in various fields, came to explore the market and look for business opportunities in Vietnam. Among these, Information Technology was one of the sectors that attracted the greatest interest from Japanese companies.
Nearly 30 enterprises from Hanoi and Japan participated in the networking event, including well-known corporations and companies such as FPT, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, YOU Company, and RKK. The meeting took place in an open and friendly atmosphere through direct discussions. The companies introduced and exchanged their strengths, potential, desired areas of cooperation, as well as investment needs in a B2B (business-to-business) format.
As an IT service provider with extensive experience in offshore development for the Japanese market, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM also took part in this event. During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tan Minh – Deputy Director of the Company, and Mr. Le Quang Trung – Head of the Software Department, introduced the services and new technologies that the company is currently developing. In addition, they shared practical experiences from projects that the company had implemented with the representatives of participating enterprises.
Especially on the morning of August 31, 2017, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM was honored to welcome a delegation of Japanese enterprises visiting the company’s office. This visit was part of the exchange and networking program. At the meeting, business leaders engaged in more open discussions, with many new cooperation opportunities emerging for both sides, particularly in the fields of software development and IT solutions.
