Tau is the founder of RUNSYSTEM, the predecessor of what is now GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM. Following the company’s integration into the GMO Internet Group in Japan and its subsequent expansion to multiple branches, Tau has continued to serve as the Chief Executive Officer. Upholding the motto "never give up" and the message "to be happy," he consistently inspires all company members to dedicate themselves fully to their work, bringing joy and value to those around them. This embodies the company’s core philosophy: “We work for your smile.”

Tau earned his Master’s degree from the University of Electronics and Telecommunications in Japan in 2004.

Minh is a co-founder of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM. Since the company’s inception, he has held the position of Deputy General Director. In 2015, he returned to Vietnam to directly oversee the software production division while also serving as the Chairman of GMO-Z.com Vietnam Lab Center. With the spirit of a samurai, Minh tirelessly dedicates himself to his work with the highest level of commitment, never resting on his laurels. In 2021, when the branch was officially transformed into a subsidiary named GMO RUNSYSTEM, Minh concurrently assumed the role of Director of the subsidiary in Japan. 

Minh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Technology from Institute of Science Tokyo  (Science Tokyo)

Mr. Makoto Yamada joined InterQ Corporation (now GMO Internet) in July 2000. He then held several key management positions, including Deputy General Manager of the Business Promotion Department (2006) and Head of the Business Promotion Department (2009).

From 2011 to 2014, he served as a Board Member of GMO TECH Inc. and GMO Solution Partner Inc.

Between 2013 and 2016, he took on the roles of Head of the Media Business Division and Head of the Web Consulting Business Division at GMO Internet.

From June 2016 to March 2021, he was seconded to GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM.

In April 2021, he was appointed Deputy Director of the GMO RUNSYSTEM subsidiary in Japan.

In April 2024, he officially assumed the role of Director of the GMO RUNSYSTEM subsidiary (Japan) and became a Permanent Member of the Board of Directors of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM Corporation.

Trung joined GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM in 2005. After spending eight years living and working in Japan, he became a member of the Executive Board in 2015, overseeing the entire Business Solutions Division. In 2016, he was officially appointed as a member of the Board of Directors.  

Mr. Trung is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung officially joined GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM in 2012 as the Director of the Da Nang Branch. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), playing a key role in resource management, process optimization, and delivering value to customers.

He completed his Master's degree at Tohoku University in March 2007.

Mr. Pham Vinh Ngoc graduated with a Master's degree from Toyohashi University of Technology, Japan, in 2010. After joining GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM Japan branch in April 2010, he transferred to the Ho Chi Minh City branch in April 2011. In September 2012, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City branch and later assumed the position of Director of the Ho Chi Minh City branch in February 2017.

Under his leadership, the Ho Chi Minh City branch has continuously grown and become one of the outstanding pillars of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM.

Quang is currently the Director of G1 Division at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM. Joining the company in 2012, he has held many key positions and made significant contributions. During his tenure, Mr. Quang has led and developed teams specializing in app development and low-code development, while fostering the "One Team" spirit within the Offshore Division at the company's headquarters in Hanoi.

Khanh is the Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh Branch. He officially joined GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM in 2018, taking on the role of Head of the Business Analysis & Communication Department.

He graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2006.

Mr. Tomoyuki Onomura currently serves as the BPO Supervisor at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM Joint Stock Company. With over 35 years of experience in management, operations, and digital transformation (DX), he has held several senior leadership positions at Japan’s leading technology corporations, including IBM Japan and Lenovo Japan. In 2025, he joined the GMO Internet Group as a BPO Specialist, and since August 2025, he has officially assumed the position of BPO Supervisor at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM. In this role, he actively contributes to the development, process standardization, and operational optimization of the company’s BPO services. With his strategic vision and extensive experience in international operations management, Mr. Onomura continues to be a key driving force in advancing digital transformation and enhancing the quality of BPO services at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM.

Trung joined GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM in 2005. After spending eight years living and working in Japan, he became a member of the Executive Board in 2015, overseeing the entire Business Solutions Division. In 2016, he was officially appointed as a member of the Board of Directors.  

Mr. Trung is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

Khanh is the Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh Branch. He officially joined GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM in 2018, taking on the role of Head of the Business Analysis & Communication Department.

He graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2006.

Thien is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM. He joined the company in 2022 and previously held the position of Technical Leader, where he spearheaded the research and development of key products such as OCR Studio, LLM Studio, and RunAI. These products were recognized with top AI awards in 2024 by GMO Internet Group.

He graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2018.

Tam is the Director of Internet Infrastructure at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM. He previously managed Marketing at Onamae.com, Japan's leading domain management platform. Later, he served as Representative Director of Z.com Vietnam and Director of Tenten.vn & Z.com Vietnam.

Currently, he is the Director of the AI & Blockchain Mira Center and holds significant roles such as Vice President of the Vietnam Digital Transformation Alliance and Deputy Head of Technology for the PropTech Alliance.

He graduated from Tokyo Keizai University, majoring in Business Marketing.

Ms. Pham Thu graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Politics at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Academy of Journalism and Communication (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics). After teaching at the Academy of Journalism and Communication, she continued her studies in Japan, majoring in Japanese Language and Import-Export at Takutokyo University, and worked at the GMO Tokyo Office, where she accumulated international experience and modern management thinking.

Joining GMO Vietnam in 2016 as a training manager, in 2020, she was appointed Director of Digital Transformation. In this role, she built a digital transformation product ecosystem including CRM, OCR, eKYC, LOS, Loyalty, etc., while building a delivery team and paving the way for the BFSI market in Vietnam. These contributions have helped GMO become a trusted partner of many banks and financial institutions in the digital transformation journey.

Doan joined GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM in 2016 as a Sales Manager, specializing in the company's cloud-based products. In 2024, he was promoted to Director of the AIx Solutions Department.

Mr. Nguyen Phuc Hau graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education in 2008. He then spent three years working at the Information Technology Center of Ho Chi Minh City University of Science, where he built a solid foundation in technology and systems thinking.

In 2012, he joined P.A Vietnam as Technical Director. Since 2016, he has been serving as Director of Business Development and Enterprise Solutions for Southern Vietnam at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, focusing on business growth, technology consulting, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

In 2025, he earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, with a strong focus on AI, data-driven solutions, and automation, enhancing his capability to design intelligent digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

In his leadership role, together with his team, he has successfully consulted and delivered digital transformation projects for leading enterprises and organizations such as Yakult, VIMC, VietCredit, Jaccs, Shinhan Bank, Agribank, and ACS Vietnam—helping clients optimize operations, improve governance efficiency, and achieve sustainable long-term value.

Quan is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT management. He spent nearly a decade at Jibannet Asia, where he led both the BPO and IT departments, driving efficiency and innovation. In 2022, he joined GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM JSC, quickly rising to Team Leader of the BrSE team within the Business Analysis & Communication (BAC) department. By April 2023, he was appointed Representative of the Huế Office, where he played a key role in expanding operations, including establishing a new BPO team. His leadership continues to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
