“New Normal – Safe Operations in the New Normal Era” is a program aimed at sharing knowledge, experience, and solutions for organizing safe and sustainable operations. It is organized by the Digital Transformation Alliance (DTS), sponsored by the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM), and supported by many businesses. Throughout the battle against COVID-19, Vietnam has made every effort to help its people quickly return to a “new normal” life. This state differs from the pre-pandemic normal in three key aspects. It requires individuals and businesses to be “selective,” “solution-oriented,” and “well-planned” to cope with the rapid changes in society.

In the first episode titled “Are You Ready for the New Normal?”, Mr. Tran Duc Tam – Director of the Internet Infrastructure Center at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM – shared practical insights and suggested several suitable solutions for businesses.
