Recently, Mr. Nguyen Tan Minh, Vice President of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, took the stage at the seminar “AI Native × AI Agent – From ‘Building’ AI Agents to ‘Making Them Work’, held at the Yaesu Office of JB Expert Co., Ltd. (JBEX), a member of JBCC Group. The seminar was organized as part of JBCC Group’s initiatives to support enterprises in accelerating digital transformation (DX) across a wide range of areas, including cloud, security, and high-speed development.
The seminar introduced practical approaches that go beyond simply developing AI Agents, focusing on how organizations can generate tangible value from AI in real-world business operations and effectively leverage it across the enterprise.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Minh, Vice President of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, speaking at the event.
The event attracted approximately 300 participants from JBCC Group, including around 40 on-site attendees and more than 240 online participants. The strong turnout reflected the growing interest among Japanese companies in AI Native and AI Agents.
While many seminars focus primarily on introducing AI technologies and tools, this session drew on GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM’s hands-on experience in implementing and utilizing AI internally, sharing both its initiatives and the lessons learned throughout the journey. The presentation began with a key question:
“The number of AI Agents continues to grow. But are they truly improving operational efficiency?”
Starting from this question, Mr. Nguyen Tan Minh introduced the concept of AI Native. Rather than simply adopting AI, AI Native is an approach that deeply integrates AI into business processes, manages it as a reusable framework, and continuously evaluates and improves it to create sustainable business value.
He also shared not only the challenges encountered during the early stages of AI adoption but also practical use cases, including AI-powered information gathering, operational support, and knowledge standardization.
One concept that attracted particular interest from participants was “Skillization” (スキル化). This approach transforms individual experience and know-how into organizational knowledge assets that can be shared and reused across the organization, ultimately contributing to stronger organizational competitiveness.
According to the post-seminar survey, approximately 90% of participants responded that they were either “Satisfied” or “Very Satisfied.” In addition to the practical content and specific case studies, new perspectives such as AI Native and Skillization received highly positive feedback from participants. The seminar offered a new approach that goes beyond simply “building” AI Agents, focusing instead on leveraging AI as a core organizational capability to drive sustainable value creation.

GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM would like to express our sincere appreciation to JBEX for providing this valuable opportunity to share our experience and insights.
Moving forward, we will continue to share practical knowledge and experience on how businesses can go beyond simply “building” AI to truly “make AI work” and deliver meaningful impact across their organizations.
