Recently, representatives from SANAKY Vietnam Co., Ltd. visited the headquarters of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM in Hanoi to officially launch a comprehensive digital transformation project for Sanaky’s warranty and sales management system.
Under the pressure to enhance customer experience and optimize operational efficiency, Sanaky’s current system has become outdated and revealed several limitations such as manual processes, difficulty in scaling, and lack of mobile support. These factors have made the system unable to meet the company’s growing development needs. Facing this situation, Sanaky aims to comprehensively modernize its after-sales service management infrastructure, moving towards a smarter, more centralized, and more efficient operational system.

According to the cooperation agreement, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM will implement RUNERP, an integrated enterprise management platform, to build a completely new warranty and sales management system. This solution not only supports centralized management and synchronized data but also automates operational processes. At the same time, a mobile application will be developed to serve technicians and customers, helping to accelerate processing speed and optimize the service experience.
On GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM’s side, the company’s representatives affirmed their commitment to accompanying Sanaky in consulting, designing, and deploying appropriate technology solutions—ensuring both progress and quality, with the goal of building an intelligent and sustainable operational ecosystem.
