Salefie – Jaccs is a project under the Salefie product line of the Company, carried out by the NPD team with the support of members from the Smartphone team. With relentless effort and determination to overcome all challenges, our Runners successfully completed the project and received strong recognition from the client.
Salefie - Jaccs is an application designed and built based on customer requirements, specifically for a financial support and credit lending company. Salefie is positioned as a powerful assistant, helping businesses optimize planning and debt collection, and report work results directly on the application interface without the need for paper documents. In addition, the product also supports businesses in monitoring and managing employee performance for the most accurate evaluations.
The project was launched in May 2019 under the management of Mr. HàNH (Project Director), Mr. HậuNP (Project Manager), along with team members: TùngNPT (Team Leader), TuấnĐV, ChứcNQ, TháiĐH, HưởngNT, HoàngTV, BìnhNQ, LinhBN, PhúcTC, and HânNHN. Most of the members were young, talented men in their early 20s. The project was a “golden” opportunity for self-development as well as a huge challenge the project team had to overcome. Salefie was built on the React Native platform, a completely new technology for the Runners. During implementation, the coders had to both explore and learn daily while racing to meet the tight deadline of only three weeks for completion. Moreover, with half the team working at the Hanoi headquarters and the other half at the Ho Chi Minh branch, communication was another obstacle.
Geographical distance, tight schedule, and unfamiliar technology—it’s fair to say this was a true race for our young team members. Staying late at the office became “everyday meals” for them to meet the deadline. Some, though living with their parents, worked overtime so much that their parents hardly saw them for a week. Yet, through that period, the team created many wonderful memories and became much closer. Despite numerous challenges, thanks to teamwork and the passionate commitment of this “squad” of young, talented individuals, the project was completed on time and received highly positive feedback from the client.
Sharing his thoughts on his first time working as a project leader, guiding and managing the team, TùngNPT admitted: “Being given such a big responsibility for the first time, I felt quite pressured and anxious, especially managing colleagues of similar age, and some even older. At first, I struggled, but gradually I adapted and became more professional. After handing over the project and receiving positive feedback from the client, I felt truly happy—the team’s efforts were really worthwhile. In the future, I hope to take on even bigger projects to further develop my abilities.”
Salefie – Jaccs was truly an unforgettable experience for the young Runners of RUN. Hopefully, through this project, Runner TùngNPT and his “squad” have been equipped with more skills and valuable knowledge to successfully deliver even more projects in the future.
