Overview

SAPO Technology Joint Stock Company, established in 2008, is a leading management and sales platform in Vietnam, serving over 67,000 customers.

Challenges

SAPO faced significant difficulties in data consolidation and financial reporting due to using multiple disparate software systems (DMS, Misa, SAPOShop), leading to fragmented data. They also needed to replace cumbersome and patchy management systems.

Solutions

SAPO partnered with GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM to implement the Odoo ERP software (Odoo Enterprise 13), integrating modules for Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and VAS. The solution was chosen for its reasonable cost and customization capabilities, with the "SAPO 360" project starting in July 2020 and aiming for official operation by October 2020.

Impact

GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM successfully deployed Odoo Enterprise 13, integrating it with SAPO's existing DMS software without disrupting ongoing business operations. The new Odoo system effectively solved the overload problem for the management system and seamlessly integrated with existing systems.
