Before implementing ERP, BaAN encountered difficulties in managing fragmented data across departments. Operational processes lacked synchronization and relied heavily on manual work. This resulted in delayed reporting, limited control over inventory and costs, and reduced operational efficiency—especially in the post-Covid context that required fast and accurate decision-making.

RUNSYSTEM consulted and implemented an ERP system tailored to BaAN’s operational characteristics. The solution focused on centralized data integration and standardized workflows across accounting, procurement, sales, warehouse, and production management. The system was built to be flexible and scalable, ensuring stable operations and enabling leadership to monitor business performance in real time.

Following ERP implementation, BaAN significantly improved its management and operational efficiency. Data became synchronized and more transparent, processing and reporting times were shortened, and control over costs and inventory was substantially enhanced. The ERP system has become a powerful tool helping BaAN quickly adapt to the post-Covid environment and prepare for future growth.

Before implementation, Tam Son faced challenges in managing inventory efficiently, synchronizing data between WMS and its existing ERP, and reducing operational costs amid rapid expansion.

GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM developed and deployed a WMS integrated with the ERP on the latest Odoo platform to optimize inventory control, centralized data, and warehouse operations.

The project is expected to enable tighter inventory management, shorten operation time, reduce costs, and deepen future IT collaboration for Tam Son.
