At the Go-live ceremony of Phase 1 of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System Development Project held at ABBank's headquarters, representatives of both sides acknowledged the initial success of the project. After nearly 3 months of implementation, the project successfully synchronized over 1.6 million customer records from the centralized Data Warehouse and supported more than 1600 Relationship Managers (RMs) at ABBank. In addition, the CRM system was successfully integrated with related systems such as CoreBanking T24, Anti-Money Laundering System (AML), LOS (Personal Loan Processing), and Document Circulation (Business Loan Processing), etc.

The CRM system is implemented following the standard CICD model to ensure data security. This platform is focused on customer relationship management, helping organizations connect and interact with potential customers, and optimize management tasks to boost revenue. The system includes full-featured business management tools such as: Customer information management; Customer needs management; Sales opportunity management; Task and assignment management; Visual analytics; Reports; “360-degree customer view”; Daily sales planning; KPI activity management; Business planning tool; and Customer mining tool. In the initial phase of the CRM system development with ABBank, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM successfully deployed six modules including: Customer information management, Customer needs management, Sales opportunity management, Task and assignment management, Visual analytics, and Reporting.

Additionally, the visual dashboards provide management with a comprehensive view of monthly pipelines, conversion values, customer segmentation by demand, etc., enabling real-time allocation of customer needs to staff directly within the system instead of using traditional spreadsheet methods. With the CRM system, management can also track how business staff interact with customers, their effectiveness, and the system will automatically extract and highlight top performers. Internal communication is also more seamless than ever as all business contacts are updated on the shared system. In the future, the SmartOCR solution is expected to be integrated into the bank's CRM system, helping RMs reduce data entry time. Input data will be digitized quickly, creating a complete “customer insight” picture. ABBank will capture actual usage needs and propose solutions to enhance customer experience and increase market competitiveness.
