Especially, there is no need to handle customer service, as TENTEN's staff will take care of that for you.

Details about the TENTEN Affiliate Program

1. Commission Policy

• Registering a .VN domain (excluding .name.vn and Vietnamese domains): 50,000 VND
• Registering a .COM | .NET domain: 30,000 VND
• Hosting, Email Server, Cloud Server: 25%

(*) Commission is calculated based on the service payment amount excluding VAT.

2. Cookie Tracking Policy

– 60-day tracking: If a customer accesses tenten.vn via your referral link and purchases any service within 60 days, you will earn a commission. – Applies to all pages: You’ll receive a commission even if the customer buys a different service than what was initially promoted. – Not overridden by TENTEN’s remarketing ads. – Last Click attribution: If multiple users refer the same customer, the last referrer gets the commission.

3. Commission Approval Conditions

The customer must successfully register and pay for the service.

4. Order Cancellation Conditions

– If the customer cancels or fails to complete payment. – TENTEN will reject payments if affiliates create multiple accounts and generate fake orders. – If the customer's order is incorrect (wrong domain, wrong registration term, etc.), the TENTEN sales team will contact the customer to correct the order and reassign the affiliate code—commission will still be credited. – Affiliates are prohibited from directly linking to tenten.vn through paid ads using brand-specific keywords like "tenten.vn", "tenten".

5. How to Use Commission

You can choose between two options for commission usage:

5.1. Transfer commission to your id.tenten.vn account for purchasing services

– Go to “Commission Usage Options” in the menu and transfer the commission to your id.tenten.vn account to purchase domains, hosting, etc. – Once transferred, the commission cannot be moved back to your affiliate balance.

5.2. Receive commission via bank transfer

To receive commissions via bank transfer, affiliates must submit a payout request to TENTEN. – Minimum payout: 500,000 VND per request. – Commissions are tallied on the 15th and paid before the 20th of each month. – Payout emails will be sent to the affiliate's registered email after payment. – Please check your account within 24 hours and contact [email protected] within 3 business days if payment is not received. – Only one bank account is allowed per affiliate. For changes, email [email protected]. – Affiliate info (ID and photo) must match the bank account name exactly. Mismatched info will result in non-payment. – *TENTEN will deduct 10% personal income tax on commission payouts over 2,000,000 VND/month (according to Clause i, Article 25, Circular 111/2013/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on August 15, 2013).

6. Create Discount URLs

– Affiliates may create discount URLs with a maximum discount of 25%. – Commission is calculated based on the discounted payment amount, excluding VAT.
