In November 2021, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM officially launched the OKR training program for management levels with the goal of “Successfully implementing the modern OKR goal-setting method at the company.” The online sessions and in-person class on November 27 were successfully held with the enthusiastic participation of over 70 trainees.
In-person class held at the Hanoi Headquarters
With the aim of “Building a goal management system that helps teams focus not only on short-term goals but also achieve long-term objectives,” the company's leadership decided to collaborate with Agile Academy to organize a consulting and training program on OKR for managers. The training course consists of two parts: theoretical training and practical implementation. 100% of the trainees completed the self-paced online training and qualified to join the in-person class at the headquarters, featuring lectures from Agile instructors. The class included 45 participants attending in person at the Hanoi office and 28 others joining online via Zoom from Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. With foundational knowledge of OKR and analysis of real-world case studies, the trainees received the OKR Professional certificate and are now ready to move on to phase 2 of the training program.

It is expected that in December 2021, OKR will be practically implemented in company operations with support from Agile Academy. The implementation roadmap includes workshops from company-wide levels down to individual departments, accompanied by ongoing coaching and improvement sessions.
By applying OKR, managers can maximize their capabilities at work, manage objectives more effectively, ensure seamless collaboration among individuals, and measure contributions that help the company achieve impressive results.
