GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM and ABBank launch partnership to implement the document extraction and digitization solution – OCR Studio

On December 4, 2025, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM JSC and An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBANK) officially launched the OCR Studio Implementation Project – an advanced document extraction and digitization platform powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The project marks a significant milestone in ABBANK’s comprehensive digital transformation journey, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and optimize customer experience.

Through this project, ABBANK will adopt OCR Studio, a solution researched and developed by GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, to automate information extraction from more than 30 types of complex business documents, including hard-to-process materials such as bank statements, valuation reports, financial reports, and deposit contracts. The system helps reduce document processing time, minimize manual errors, and seamlessly integrate with ABBANK’s existing internal systems such as SMARTFORM, BSA, and ECM.

A key highlight of the project is its deployment on a Cloud platform managed directly by ABBANK, ensuring absolute data security while allowing the bank to take full control of operations and future system expansion. OCR Studio is also integrated with next-generation AI and LLM (Large Language Model) technologies, significantly improving accuracy in data recognition and extraction, and delivering superior performance compared to traditional solutions.
