GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM is honored to receive the Commendation for the Best .vn Domain Name Registrar in Customer Care.

On the morning of January 25, 2022, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit for “Best .vn Domain Name Registrar in Customer Service in 2021” awarded by the Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) – Ministry of Information and Communications. In 2021, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM was recognized as the registrar with the best customer service nationwide. Commenting on GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM's achievement, Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Thắng – Director of VNNIC – shared: “GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM made a breakthrough this year, especially in customer service, climbing 5 ranks compared to the previous year. Customer service is a key area that VNNIC pays close attention to, helping registrars retain users and attract new customers. In 2017 and 2018, the company was honored by VNNIC with the titles “Registrar with the Highest New Domain Growth in 2017” and “Outstanding Sustainable Growth Registrar of .vn”.
