From May 10–12, 2017, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM’s booth featured many exciting activities at the 26th Software Development Expo (SODEC) held at Tokyo Big Sight International Exhibition Center, Tokyo, Japan. As part of Japan IT Week Spring 2017, SODEC 2017 was a great opportunity to promote and introduce the company’s developing services to customers and partners worldwide.
With the support of VINASA, the Vietnam delegation—consisting of 18 leading IT enterprises in the Japanese market—attracted significant attention from visitors. At SODEC 2017, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM introduced its Offshore (software outsourcing) services and new products such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management software), the 360 application, and more to a wide range of customers.
At this exhibition, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM showcased its outstanding Offshore services and conducted live demonstrations of applications and videos on 360-degree glasses. In addition, Mr. To Manh Cuong (Director of the Tokyo Branch) delivered a presentation to attendees on future technology trends. These activities were well received, drawing much attention and interest from visitors. It is estimated that hundreds of visitors stopped by GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM’s booth during this exhibition.
The annual SODEC exhibition is an excellent opportunity for Vietnamese enterprises, including GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, to approach the market and seek partners in Japan. Regular participation in SODEC has helped the company become more dynamic, proactive, and engaged in connecting with partners not only from Japan but also from many other markets participating in the event.
SODEC is part of a series of annual activities aimed at promoting IT cooperation between Vietnamese and Japanese IT enterprises, co-organized by VINASA and VJC Club in collaboration with Japanese organizations. These include: Vietnam IT Day held in February in Tokyo & Osaka; participation in SODEC in May in Tokyo; and Japan ICT Day held in October in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi.
This year’s exhibition gathered 1,600 booths from IT enterprises around the world targeting the Japanese market in various fields such as: Software Development Environment (SODEC), Big Data, Embedded Software, Information Storage, Information Security, Web & Mobile Marketing, Data Center Construction & Operation, Cloud Computing (Cloud EXPO), Smartphone & Mobile, IoT & M2M, Logistics Solutions, IT Products, and more. The exhibition attracted tens of thousands of visitors in just three days.
