On February 28, 2018, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, together with Resorz (Japan), successfully organized the Offshore Service Seminar in the high-tech era in Tokyo. The seminar provided participants with a comprehensive view of breakthroughs in Offshore services in the digital age, opening up potential development opportunities for high-tech engineers.
Software outsourcing has become an IT trend that has developed and affirmed its potential and position with enterprises worldwide. Offshore service development is no longer a new direction but has become a strategic card for business growth when aiming to cut costs and increase return on investment.
With the participation of 30 guests, the Offshore Service Seminar in the high-tech era painted an overview of software outsourcing development in the digital age. The most advanced technologies today such as AI, Big Data, VR, AR, Blockchain, etc. were deeply discussed as they are the foundational technologies of a new era of Offshore service development.
In Vietnam – an emerging outsourcing and technology development market in Asia, the demand for highly skilled technical human resources with the ability to work in an international environment is increasingly growing.
Mr. Nguyễn Tấn Minh – Deputy Director of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, frankly shared about the increase in the number of high-tech engineers in AI, Blockchain, and Big Data in Vietnam: “A series of technology giants such as Intel, Samsung, LG, GMO, Microsoft, Canon, etc. have set up factories and product development centers in Vietnam. In addition, Vietnamese tech companies are also making remarkable progress, attracting the attention of many global investors. This is fertile ground for high-tech engineers to develop their strengths.”
At the same time, he also emphasized the potential of IT cooperation between Vietnam and Japan:
“The Fourth Industrial Revolution, with new technology trends such as IoT, AI, Big Data, digital transformation, changes in business cooperation models, and Vietnam’s abundant human resources, will open new opportunities. Japan – Vietnam cooperation will no longer rely solely on low-cost labor but will shift towards collaborative research, development, and application of new technologies into products, bringing higher added value.”
The event, jointly organized by GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM and Resorz, provided participants – who are also potential future partners – with useful insights into Offshore service development in the high-tech era as well as opportunities to set clearer directions, thereby developing appropriate strategies in the 4.0 era.
