Buzzing with Excitement at the “Job Fair” Nationwide with GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM

Continuing its impressive growth and to meet the workforce demands for 2019, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM is currently recruiting for many positions at its Hanoi Headquarters as well as all branches in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Tokyo. Therefore, in the first half of 2019, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM actively participated in numerous "Career Days" across the country to find suitable talents contributing to the company's development.

Da Nang Branch

In April and May 2019, the “Super Recruitment Team” of Da Nang Branch visited the University of Science and Technology - Da Nang University and Duy Tan University during the “Technology Career Fair 2019,” bringing a large-scale recruitment drive with nearly 50 positions for PHP, Ruby, and Front-end developers.

Despite the hot weather, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM's booth always attracted many students. Students were excited to learn about job opportunities and receive career guidance. This was an opportunity for recruiters and candidates to meet directly, share, and communicate their career aspirations. Adding to the excitement of this meeting, many interesting and valuable activities were carefully prepared by the GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM team for students at Da Nang University of Science and Technology and Duy Tan University.

At the company’s booth, students experienced mock job interviews to get familiar with the corporate environment and to prepare their personal portfolios thoroughly. Although these were practice interviews, students still had a real chance of being selected if they performed well. Additionally, various activities such as free career counseling, dart games with cute prizes from the organizers, and photo opportunities with girls in traditional Japanese Kimono were enthusiastically enjoyed by the students.

Tokyo Branch

On April 13, 2019, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM Tokyo Branch participated in the “VYSA JOB FAIR 2019” in Japan. This year, the event attracted many students and Vietnamese international students.

At the "VYSA JOB FAIR 2019," GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM not only introduced the company’s activities and development opportunities but also directly interacted with students and international students about applying for positions such as BrSE, programmers, senior roles, translation, and more. In GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM's development strategy, Japan is considered the top priority market, providing stable and sustainable growth with many long-term partners and clients.

Hanoi Headquarters

On May 22, 2019, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM attended the "EPU 2019 Career Day," bringing nearly 50 highly sought-after positions in IT, sales, engineering, and marketing for students of Electric Power University. The event attracted hundreds of students, providing them with early opportunities to explore career options while still in school.

The energy from GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM's booth made the Career Day more lively than ever. Numerous exciting and unique activities were organized by the young Runners team for students: learning and consulting on GMO-RUNSYSTEM job openings; enjoying VR X-box games with various motion challenges and attractive prizes; and mock interviews, providing real opportunities to join the GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM family.

At JOB FAIR EPU 2019, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, together with 30 other companies, offered many great opportunities. The encounter with well-known companies across IT, engineering, electronics, and other fields will greatly help students, especially final-year students, in understanding the internship and future work environment.

The "Career Day" series by GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM across the country concluded with much joy and many memories. Numerous recruitment opportunities were offered, and many CVs were received.
