GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM has officially signed a partnership with ONODERA USER RUN to launch a comprehensive, practical, and fully free training program in information technology (IT) and Japanese language skills - creating new career opportunities for Vietnamese engineers seeking to work in Japan.
The program combines GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM’s 17+ years of technological expertise with ONODERA USER RUN’s experience as a Japan Ministry of Justice–certified training and workforce development organization, which currently operates in five Southeast Asian countries.
Learners will receive structured training in IT, from foundational to advanced levels - covering Infra, AI, Auto Test, PHP, Java, Flutter, VueJS, and Business Analysis, alongside Japanese language courses designed to achieve JLPT N3/JSST Level 7 proficiency. Upon successful completion, qualified participants will be introduced to employment opportunities with Japanese enterprises, with full support provided for documentation and relocation assistance.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tan Minh, Deputy CEO of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, emphasized: “This combined IT and language training program, with its structured and hands-on approach, will play a vital role in supplying high-quality human resources to meet the growing needs of both Vietnam and Japan.”
The partnership aims to become a bridge connecting technology talent between Vietnam and Japan, offering young Vietnamese engineers valuable opportunities for learning, career growth, and long-term development in the global IT industry.
