GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM celebrates 11th anniversary

Cát Bà Island – Gathering of Hanoi Runners 

On the occasion of its 11th anniversary and company trip, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM chose Cát Bà Island as a memorable destination for the Hanoi Runners family. The blue sea, golden sunshine, and a variety of fun and engaging activities left participants reluctant to say goodbye.

The journey to Cát Bà began on May 3, 2016, with nearly 200 Runners and their families joining the trip.

After about 4 hours of traveling from Hanoi, the beautiful island of Cát Bà appeared before the Runners. Despite fatigue and seasickness for some members, everyone was excited the moment they arrived.

The organizing team was initially concerned about the afternoon schedule on the first day due to the long journey, but the Runners eagerly participated in flash mob dances and teambuilding activities themed “Connect”.

The company trip was also an opportunity for Runners to show their strengths in sports. At Cát Bà, two exciting tournaments were held: GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM Super Cup (football) and GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM Cát Bà Badminton Championship.

The highlight of the trip was the Gala Night with the theme “Shining Together”. With entertaining games, impressive performances, birthday celebrations, and recognition of long-term employees, the Gala created moments of joy and strengthened bonds among colleagues.

Another “shining” moment was the gameshow “Guess the Word through Pictures”, where three teams – “Đoán toàn sai”, “Dream team”, and “Niềm tin” – competed. The challenging images tested the participants’ creativity and quick thinking, but the Runners successfully overcame three rounds and uncovered all the key phrases.

After the gameshow, the most anticipated moment arrived with the announcement of awards for the trip and Gala Night.

In the badminton tournament, outstanding players from the Vietnamlab Center claimed the top prizes: Trần Phúc Hoàn (Champion), Đinh Viết Phi (Runner-up), while Nguyễn Mạnh Cường and Bùi Kim Anh shared the third place. In the gameshow “Guess the Word through Pictures”, the “Dream team” took first place, followed by “Đoán toàn sai” and “Niềm tin”.
