As part of the series of IT events organized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA) on October 22 in Da Nang, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM was honored for the first time in the “Top 10 Enterprises with Outstanding Industry 4.0 Capabilities”, while also marking its fourth consecutive year in the Top 50 Leading IT Enterprises in Vietnam.
A key highlight for GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM this year was its strategic investment in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, applied across its SmartOCR, SmartRPA, and SmartStore solutions - delivering high efficiency and innovation in digital transformation.
The company operates across multiple sectors, including software development for the Japanese market, software testing, IT consulting and solutions, and Internet infrastructure services. Since 2013, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM has established a dedicated R&D division to research and apply emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, and IoT into practical business solutions.
Notable products include SmartOCR (AI-powered handwriting and printed text recognition for Japanese and Vietnamese), SmartRPA (office workflow automation), SmartStore (AI camera analytics for customer behavior), and RingBOT (IoT-based smart lock system). These solutions have been successfully deployed across major enterprises in both Vietnam and Japan.
