GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM successfully completed the implementation of the Chip-based Citizen ID and Biometric Authentication system for Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Bac A Bank) in a record time of just two weeks, using the SmartKYC.eID solution. This project enabled Bac A Bank to comply with Decision No. 2345 issued by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) ahead of the July 1, 2023 deadline, while ensuring a seamless authentication process with optimized load balancing to deliver an uninterrupted customer experience.

More than 300 authentication devices have been or are being installed at transaction counters, with the system expected to handle millions of authentication requests (both via mobile application and at the counters).
