Under the agreement, the TENTEN brand will explore and develop 05 products/solutions from ITS International IT Corporation including:
- Voice Brandname: A system for network operators to associate a company’s brand name with outgoing calls from the company’s switchboard.
- Callbot AI: An interactive voice assistant switchboard solution.
- Voice Biometrics AI: A voice verification solution.
- Voice Emotion AI (Emas): A solution for evaluating emotions and scoring calls using artificial intelligence technology.
- Sip Trunk Service: Switchboard Number for Businesses
The signing ceremony was lively and conducted in a spirit of goodwill and high cooperation from both sides. It is hoped that by adding new products to the business ecosystem, TENTEN will help customers accelerate, improve work efficiency, and achieve outstanding revenue growth.
