‘Make in Vietnam’ CRM System Achieves Initial Success at ABBank

GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM has successfully partnered with An Binh Joint Stock Commercial Bank (ABBank) to implement Phase 1 of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - a solution fully developed and implemented by Vietnamese engineers to help the bank synchronize customer data, integrate core systems, and enhance management efficiency.

After just three months of implementation, the project has synchronized over 1.6 million customer records from ABBank’s centralized data warehouse and supports more than 13,000 internal users. The CRM system has also been successfully integrated with key operational platforms such as Core Banking T24, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), LOS (Loan Origination System), and corporate loan document management systems.

Developed under a secure CICD model, GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM’s CRM provides a comprehensive suite of management tools, including customer information and demand management, sales opportunity tracking, task and workflow management, visual dashboards, reporting, Customer 360, KPI management, and business planning tools. Notably, ABBank is among the first banks in Vietnam to launch a mobile CRM application, enabling relationship managers to access customer information, track interactions, and manage sales activities anytime, anywhere.

Commenting on the project, Mr. Khuong Duc Tiep - Deputy CEO of ABBank, stated: “The CRM system helps ABBank build a comprehensive customer profile, empowering our relationship managers to better understand clients, provide more effective consultations, and enhance satisfaction - ultimately achieving the goal of customer advocacy and referral.”
