The kickoff program consisted of four training sessions covering practical topics: Cultivating a Growth Mindset; Self-awareness and positioning at work; Unlocking the leadership potential within each person; Discussion & alignment on defining the portrait of a GMO Leader; Book reading for busy people, etc.
With a spirit of eagerness to learn and a desire to build the organization, the sessions were dynamic and lively, filled with open and candid discussions from the G-Leaders. Especially during the “Employees Ask – Leaders Answer” forum, in an open and empathetic atmosphere, the Management Board addressed many questions regarding development directions and challenges in collaboration and operations.

Promoting a culture of learning is one of GMO’s key initiatives in 2023, with the first theme being “Investing in the development of the management/leadership team” – those who are and will be involved in the company's operations and management. Following this program, the company will organize a series of activities totaling 120 learning hours to comprehensively develop the team and spread the learning culture throughout the company, gradually building GMO into a self-learning organization.
