Officially launched in April 2023 with 15 members, V4 is a project focused on public administrative services for a Japanese client. After just 10 months, the project’s workforce grew 12-fold, prompting Sub PM Vu Anh Chien to exclaim: “Even though I’m only managing half of the team in Hanoi, I’m truly overwhelmed and pressured by the project’s scale.” As of now, the development team has reached 180 members, operating across four branches: Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and the subsidiary in Tokyo, Japan.
The project development team was part of the CRM Product team, totaling 50 members—making it one of GMO's largest-scale projects in the Vietnamese market. Initially, the project started with 35 members and peaked at 40 members during the CRM system integration phase, with support from other departments such as TIO, DX Solutions, IID, etc.
Attending the meeting, from GMO were Mr. Ngo Van Tau – General Director of the company, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang – Director of the ERP Division. Representing the HAMI leadership were Mr. Nguyen Cong Cuong – Vice Chairman of HAMI, and Mr. Lai Hoang Duong – Executive Committee Member, along with personnel from both sides.
